We don't store your key, so we can't just look it up for you. Here's what you can try.
If you linked an email address to your license key, you can log in to the dashboard and regenerate a new one. Your credits and subscription carry over.
When you first generated your key, we offered a file download. Search your Downloads folder for "tio-key.txt" — it might still be sitting there.
If you paid for a plan, we can try to find your purchase in Stripe and regenerate a new key for you. Email [email protected] with:
The email you used at checkout
Last 4 digits of the card
Approximate date of purchase
To be upfront: this gets you a new key — your old one is gone. Your credits and subscription will transfer to the replacement.
Free keys are tied to a domain and can't be recovered. The simplest option is to generate a new one — you'll get a fresh 50 free credits.
If you're using our WordPress plugin, don't worry — your sites will keep compressing images even if you've lost the key.
